OUR MISSION: To rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned
and neglected dogs, saving them from certain death in the local shelters.

• An adoption application MUST be filled out to receive consideration for adopting a TLC dog - they can be found HERE and faxed to 805-578-2604 throughout the week & prior to adoptions
• Adoptions are held every Saturday between noon and 3PM at the PETCO located in Moorpark at 742 New Los Angeles Ave - get directions HERE
• Are you within our local area?  As a general rule, it is within 50 miles and/or a maximum driving distance of an hour from Simi Valley (see MAP if you are unsure or Google your location).
• Are you 60 years of age or older?  TLC is a member of the PetsForSeniors program and can offer a limited amount of discounts for those senior citizens that are adopting from TLC (puppies are NEVER eligible for this discount as their adoption donation goes directly towards vet bills for the older dogs we consistently save from dying)..
